Campus Connections™
Campus Connections is a web based system designed to improve connectivity and communications between colleges and their stakeholders: students, alumni, corporate partners, and prospective students. Primarily the system will support the management of these relationships by the university.
The system will also support alumni located around the world, providing a system for nurturing the ongoing relationships between the alumni and the university, and a forum for connecting university alumni to each other. The nurturing of this relationship will insure that university alumni
are alumni for life.
Campus Connections Functionality:
- Newsletter – this is a tool for creating and publishing an a succession of online newsletters that can easily be created and published in an online, real-time environment allowing the university to maintain communications and connectivity to its stakeholders.
- Email Campaign Manager – this is an online email management system which facilitates mass email campaigns and provides for follow-up tracking for direct marketing and insight into stakeholder behavior and interests.
- Directory Database – this database houses contact information on university stakeholders: students, alumni, corporate partners, and prospective students.
- Directory Manager – the directory manager provides functionality for maintaining data in the directory database.
- Career Connections – in support of students and alumni, this system provides career transition information and a registration system for career transition workshops and events.
- Executive Connections – in support of corporate partners and the general business community this system provides access to online registration for executive education workshops and events.
- University for Life – this feature provides the ability for alumni to maintain their personal directory information and to search the directory for other alumni based on a number of different criteria.
